About the Mentor

Mr. Rakesh Singh Tomar is the Founder Executive of JUMP NEXT with over 25 years of experience in education. He has been working as a Principal in a wide range of National and International Schools and has diversified work experiences.

He is an expert with comprehensive work experience and Outreach programs across various educational institutions as a facilitator and Leader e.g. Fully Residential Schools Day Boarding Schools, Day Schools, All Boys Schools, All Nationalities International Schools, Indian Expat Schools, Community Owned Schools, Corporate Schools and Family/ Business House Owned School.

He is a versatile school leader, trainer, resource person, sports enthusiast, mentor, innovator, and learner, who through his, strategic interventions, academic innovation, board results improvement strategies, and parent engagement initiatives improve the school brand through visibility and applause.

An accomplished academician (university gold medalist and +2 school topper) who is in the teaching-learning profession by choice. He blends and improvises the best of various national and international curriculums to make organizations grow as distinct and valuable centers of learning. He promotes and develops a knowledge-sharing environment that encourages open communication with students, peers, and the community.
